FirstEst8 Group is a boutique consulting and advisory group.

We specialise in major development Projects, large commercial real estate transactions, and we have a deep affinity with Family Enterprises.

We act for private, government and corporate clients.  We work with other specialists and stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for our clients.

Our principals have provided specialist advisory services on all aspects of major real estate development Projects, starting back in the 1980's with significant work over many years on the Sanctuary Cove Resort in Queensland, Australia’s first integrated residential resort community project.  In more recent times, our principals have advised on projects in Sydney at Victoria Park, Oran Park Town and Eastlakes Shopping Centre, + other planned major, urban renewal and greenfield development projects.

Projects we have advised on encompass the development and delivery of broad-acre residential land subdivisions, staged urban residential unit projects, significant retail projects (including regional and sub-regional shopping centres), commercial offices + associated public infrastructure and recreational facilities and amenities.

Advisory services have encompassed: site acquisitions; corporate, trust and venture structuring arrangements; Project Delivery arrangements, proceeds sharing arrangements; equity capital raisings, + senior and mezzanine debt financing arrangements; design and construct arrangements; + overseeing the sales and project marketing arrangements.

Family Enterprises we have been heavily involved in have focused on export beef processing, feedlotting, crops drying operations and related agribusiness enterprises and sales, especially of recent times, into China.
